Sierra Biotechnology has the rights to an inventive concept that permits a system to control inspiratory flow during the use of an MDI device, among other features. This system is built into the MDI delivery system.
Inspiratory flow control is recognized as one of the major factors influencing proper MDI aerosol delivery.
Any disclosure of this inventive concept will require a Confidential Disclosure agreement. If a significant level of interest is identified, these trade secrets can be immediately input to the US Provisional Patent Application program.
